These terms govern your use of the Fourball app and website. By using Fourball you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fourball. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity on it.
The game
Fourball is a free fantasy golf game played for fun and bragging rights. It is not gambling. There is no entry fee, no wagering, and no cash prizes. Leagues are private competitions between you and the people you invite, or open public leagues.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, harass, or impersonate other players.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use Fourball for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Golf data
Scores, fields, and results come from third party data providers. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee they are free of errors or delays, and standings may adjust as data is corrected at source.
Availability
We aim to keep Fourball running smoothly but we provide it on an as is basis. We do not promise it will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Fourball is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of Fourball means you accept the updated terms.
